Delivery & Return Policy

Delivery (UK Only)

We currently deliver across the UK.

• Standard Delivery: 2–3 business days

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another when it has been dispatched.

• Delivery times may vary during busy periods (Christmas, holidays, special events), but we’ll always keep you updated.

Returns

We want you to feel fabulous in your Draguilera merch. If something isn’t right, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unwashed and in their original condition.

• Please include your order number with your return.

• Once received, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos, and we’ll sort it out ASAP — no drama, just glamour.

• Your name

• Order number

• Reason for return

We’ll respond with the return instructions.

Exchanges

At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, simply return your original order and place a new one.
